Responsible for managing related activities to implement document maintain and improve maintenance to building systems and ensure site operation through facility management and monitoring.

- Air conditioning extraction (HVAC) and humidification
- Sewerage hydraulic and water treatment systems
- Lighting system
- Infrastructure roofs floors etc.
- Site projects
- Resource planning
- Furniture management
- Legal compliance with department issues
- Compliance with corporate requirements
- Participate in Bosch initiatives
- Manage payments for site services
- Movement of equipment (manoeuvres)
- Installation of communication systems
Qualifications :
Education:
- Engineering in electricity electronics mechanics civil industrial or fin.
Work experience:
- 3 years as a Maintenance Engineer or similar.
Administrator of the facilities:
- Electrical systems.
- HVAC equipment.
- Compressed air systems.
- Fire systems.
- Light services (cleaning fumigation & gardening)
Knowledge of security codes and regulations:
