Working Student - Detective Controller Invoice Verification

Main objective of the job:                                       

• Conducts Detective Controls for relevant departments (processes) according to Central Directives desktop procedures and work instructions.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Performs for Supplier invoice verification processes;
• Support performance and ensure quality;
• Support in automation tool implementation for detective controls incl. quality checks for tool performance;
• Support in KPI generation & tracking for performance of Detective Controls
• Work under supervision of mentor;
• Ensure good communication with colleagues and customers;
• Other activities related to Detective Controls;
• Reads understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications :

Studies:

• University Diploma 
• High school Diploma

Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: English and/ or another language;
• Ongoing University Business Administration Accounting Finance Economics or related University;
• General knowledge of financial processes;
• Knowledge in MS Office;
• Likes to work with processes and procedures;
• Detail oriented;
• Good ability to communicate and to work in a team;
• Proactive attitude;
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines.
