Job Description
Responsible to implement maintain and improve the manufacturing process ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfil Value Stream KPIs: IDC FOR Technical Down time.
Responsible to define implement maintain and improve the mechanical assembly process required for product manufacturing including but not limited to PLC & Controls robotics mechanical design and assembly analysis and keep the process under control according to process parameters.
Responsible for fixtures tools and molds: Design fabrication acceptance validation release and implementation on production process.
Responsible for Define process parameters according to DMD VVT DI etc.
Responsible to validate NPI establishing process parameters mechanical dimensions and production release.
Responsible to train technicians on process machine configuration and process parameters
Some processes associate with a mechanical engineer: PCB Router (Milling process) Presses screwing stations Ovens clinching manual assembly etc. Pin insertion Welding chemical dispensing.
Qualifications :
GDT certification
Experience (35 years) as mechanical process or maintenance
PLC programming is a plus: Allen Bradley Siemens micrologix.
Knowledge in pneumatic hydraulic electrical and mechanical systems
Design CAD: Solid works or other mechanical design SW.
Design electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment
Engineering of Mechatronic Electronic Industrial or Systems Metallurgic Chemistry or Electromechanical.
English intermediate
