Job Description
I. Department activities:
- Support for Q4.0 project of QMM6.
- Support to review and input for application and new project of QMM6.
- Act as an event coorganizer: Workshop informal & formal events.
- Ensure stationary supply & goods receiver from supplier.
- Be a fund controller of department budget.
- Other administration tasks.
II. Plant activities:
- Support CSR activities (arrangement preparation for HcP volunteer programs blog writing)
- In charge for Suggestion Scheme work package (reports communication council focus week).
Qualifications :
- 3rd 4th or last year year student major in Project or IT Communication Management or any relevant fields can commit to a fulltime 6month internship.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (VBA).
- Be able to adapt international working environment & cultural diversity.
- Reliable proactive high commitment creative thinking willing to learn and do new things.
