Job Description
- Assist in delivery and receiving insurance related documents (PVI Insurance Social/ Health/ Unemployment insurances).
- Assist in process tax documents
- Check and prepare HRrelated documents
- Consult associates for HR topic at the HRS counter and by email (such as welfare dependent social insurance payslip...)
- Support to collect and input data for monthly salary period.
- Pfile and efile: Be responsible for filling both hard and soft copies.
- Support onboarding process: manage deliveries and receiving of documents arrange and restore documents...
- Other ad hoc tasks from supervisor
Qualifications :
Working location:
- Mainly at Street No.8 Tam An Long Thanh Dong Nai
Qualifications
- Undergraduate students can join fulltime internship in 6 months. Working day: MondayFriday
- Could provide recommendation letter from university
- Majoring in Business English or Business Administration with a strong interest in Human Resources
- No working experiences required active participation in school/social activities is a plus
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word Excel PowerPoint.
- Interpersonal skills Time Management skill Task management skill Presentation skills.
- Eyes for details and good organization skills.
- High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality able to work in multicultural teams.
- Cando attitude urge in learning and development.
- Willing to travel for the job when assigned
