Job Description
Main objective of the job:
- Plan perform an follow up of Qaudits and Corporate Social Responsibility assessments (Bosch facilities and supplier).
Main attributions and responsibilities:
- Preparation execution and followup of internal system audits (IAFT 16949) process audits at supplier according to audit program
- Preparation execution and followup of Corporate Social Responsibility Assessments at suppliers according to CSR Assessment program
- Including escalation to management if required
- Develop and propose CSR improvement measures to supplier (CSR supplier development).
- Reads understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures applicable within the company.
- Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility as requested by direct superior.
Qualifications :
Studies:
- University Diploma
- High school Diploma
Knowledge and Skills:
- Language: English; German is advantage
- Advantage: Quality Auditor (IATF16949 ISO9001 VDA6.3 or comparable)Advantage: Quality Auditor (IATF16949 ISO9001 VDA6.3 or comparable)
- Advantage: Knowledge of CSR standards (ISO14001 ISO45001 ISO 50001 Due diligence law of Germany); RSCI certification
- Knowledge in quality management systems i.e. ISO 9001 IATF 16949
- Knowledge of automotive core tools amongst others Problemsolving (8D) FMEA MSA
- Willingness to travel (focus Europe) 50% of working time
- Analytical skills ability to identify issues develop solutions & drive results.
- Experience in supplier management.
