Job Description
- Single point of contact to consult on enquiries on information security and data protection topics based on company policies and national laws
- Create Information Security and Data Protection reports for Department Heads to review and comply with company central directives
- Implement regular checks of IT access rights
- Create ISP training/awareness material in order to host and conduct training/awareness sessions for all supported associates
- Conduct audits regarding Information security and data protection in the supported departments
- Work towards regulation compliance for personal data information use in cooperation with the head of department
- Perform ISP risk analysis and identify mitigation measures
- Provide regular uptodate relevant ISP awareness via mail Teams department meetings etc..
Qualifications :
Technical
- Education: Computer Science Business Administration or comparable studies
- Working experience: 13 years
- Experience (basic knowledge) in Information Security and Data Protection ISO standard Internal Audit IT Operations Compliance policy
- Language: advanced Japanese (N3) and English (understanding / spoken
