Job Description
- Engage in indepth exploration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and investigate in related areas for both academic research and industrial applications.
- Research and develop the AIagent applications powered by (LLMs) and foundation models.
- Transfer and apply the cuttingedge research of LLMs into practical solutions for Bosch products and unlock the full potential of AI agents enhancing their functionality and impact across our product portfolio.
- Write production code that implements stateoftheart NLP and LLM models and algorithms and ensures high quality scalability and reliability.
Qualifications :
- Ph.D. in the field of Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related.
- Research experience on machine learning deep learning natural language processing or related fields.
- Expertise in LLMs (training finetuning prompting) retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) LLMbased agents for reasoning planning and decisionmaking within complex systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming and handson experience on AI libraries and toolkits.
- Strong research abilities demonstrated through a track record of impactful contributions in the field.
- Strong problem solving and analyzing skills.
- Excellent communication skills fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written).
Preferred
- Experience on multimodal foundation models.
- Experience on voice assistants/ real time systems.
- Experience on deploying AI models on cloud or embedded systems.
- Experience in knowledge distillation and or parallelization / optimization.
