Drive growth for Off Highway and Special customers (non automotive)
- Definition and implementation of growth strategy in each segment by customer and by product for OffHighway Vehicles/Equipments and Special customers (non automotive)
- Drive customer acquisitions of new business in each segment and maintain strong relationship with any assigned accounts
- Responsible for sales and profitability incl. reporting to stakeholders
- Analyze and evaluate sales trends performance market penetration and distribution in each segment
- Interface with global cross functional teams i.e. customer service product managers. Engineering team to drive customer experience
Key Roles and responsibilities:
- Definition and implementation of growth strategy in each segment and for vertical initiative
- Responsible for growth strategy in each focus segment
- Conduct and evaluate market potential derive a strategic approach to acquire new customers
- Engage external parties utilizing any relevant platforms or mediums to generate new leads
- Conduct regular updates with key Stakeholders on status updates
- Account Management
- Achieve Annual Sales Target profitability price change rates and growth projects
- Growth in the Channel by developing and executing account plan
- Monitor and track of sales performance and orders on hand for each account
- Oversee the daily operations based on customer requirements i.e. prepare and submit quotations sales forecast and handling other customer requests
- Lead negotiations with key accounts and also new business partners
- Drive and coordinate new business development for Customer Acquisition Projects
- Gather information identify leads from relevant market study research for each segment
- Contribute to worldwide and regional initiative concerning studying of new channel or introduction of new product by providing added value information related to his/her area (including OE projects)
- Identify and participate to relevant fair & exhibition to get new business leads competitor information market trends knowledge i.e. Food & Beverage Furniture Performance & Tuning Marine Power Gen
- Participate and Engage in cross selling activities to generate new potential leads
Qualifications :
Must have:
- Fluent in Japanese Business level of English
