Job Description
- You will make an existing CAD model simulation compatible through defeaturing geometry cleanup etc.
- Furthermore you will also add design features to the CAD model in ANSYS SpaceClaim and mesh the geometry.
- Finally you will conduct model verification activities such as mesh sensitivity load sensitivity and element formulation analyses.
Qualifications :
- Education: Master studies in Computational Engineering Computational Sciences or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: theoretical knowledge in continuum mechanics and finite element methods practical experience of meshing complex geometries (preferably in ANSYS Mechanical) editing geometries in SpaceClaim basic idea about Verification and Validation practical experience of performing thermomechanical simulations is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: a flexible person who can work independently and coordinate with others
- Languages: good in English and basic in German is a plus
Additional Information :
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
