- Align JOEM hardware requirements by directly engaging with customers leveraging specialized hardware expertise to propose optimal solutions and build trusted relationships
- Provide technical advice and problemsolving support to ensure project success
- Support acquisition activities to offer the best solution for customers
- Conduct vehicle measurements to validate system configurations
- Take full responsibility for improving hardware performance durability and quality
- Participate in international project activities collaborating closely with teams in Germany India and Malaysia

Qualifications :
Required Experience and Skills
- Background in Electronics and Electrical Engineering
- Indepth understanding of complex Microprocessor/SoC architectures
- Minimum of 5 years of project experience
- Project management skills and basic system understanding
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
Desirable Experience and Skills
- Experience in automotive hardware development
English Proficiency
- Frequent use of English especially in international team meetings
Frequency of English Usage
- English is always used in internal meetings with international teams
