Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage all equipment & facility in the plant and implement related repair and maintenance.
Lead the TPM activities in the company to improve equipment & facility Efficiency.
Make and upgrade equipment autonomous maintenance planning and preventive maintenance planning.
Deploy motivate train coordinate instruct and evaluate subordinates.
Manage equipment and facility spare parts.
Provide support for equipment & facility installation & setup.
Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving companys objectives.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor Degree or above Engineering or Management major.
Skills
Reading and understanding of technical drawings;
Good Chinese and English communication skill both in written and oral.
Experience
Minimum 5 years work experience in production or maintenance and at least 3 years in maintenance management;

Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in automotive industry will be a plus.
