It is primarily responsible for managing and developing the client relationships. Their work involves gaining a deep understanding of the business strategy and business model and developing and maintaining large accounts to meet business goals.
Job Responsibility
1. Responsible for new customer development tracking and coordinating the entire project signing sales contracts and completing sales metrics. This includes identifying leads through effective market analysis and developing appropriate sales strategies.
2. Maintain effective communication with key people in large accounts establish and maintain good partnerships and improve customer satisfaction. They need to listen to and understand their customers needs provide the right products and services and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Gain insight into the companys business strategy business model and needs scenarios to better provide solutions to customers and drive their understanding and use of the companys products.
4. Coordinate internal and external resources including communication with product managers and technical teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner improving the overall user experience and competitiveness.
5. Responsible for regular customer visits and communications maintaining and developing customer relationships. They need to focus on customer feedback and needs provide quality pre and postconference services and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Forecast sales activity and revenue develop sales strategies explore secondary opportunities and increase market share.
7. Participate in key customer development relationship maintenance and aftersales service tracking and establish a sales gateway.
8. Responsible for customer accounts receivable management customer credit level monitoring and management of customer files.
9. Interfaces with Engineering Marketing and Product Development Teams. Works closely with Project Management team to realize customer project / program.
10. Sales Operational Excellence: continiously work on customer account product portfolio account receivable sales forecasting and inventory management as well as increase sales price to improve business profitability.
11. Schedule and participate in tech suites trade shows and other product presentations. Sells full Service Solutions capability.
12. In close follow up with COEM oversea strategy and support COEM export business.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related degree desired.
2. Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in sales position preferably in automotive industry.
3. Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
4. Excellent skills in persuasion and negotiation.
5. Good knowledge of automobile systems and automotive industry.
6. Good initiative and ability to work independently.
7. Ability to understand financial information and analyze financial aspects of a deal.
8. Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast paced matrixed environment satisfying multiple customers.
9. Proven record of accomplishment of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
10. An excellent team player.
11. Effective communicator Able to tailor approach to audience.
12. Excellent verbal skills logical and organized
13. Excellent project management/organizational skills
14. Historically has demonstrated understanding the difference between giving a best effort versus doing what is necessary.
15. Proficient in Microsoft applications: Power Point Excel and Word
16. Good verbal and written communications in both English and Chinese
