Job Description
The role of REExpert is one of the main roles in Requirement Engineering. The REExpert needs very well trained soft skills because the collecting identification and analyzing of requirements are not only requires an engineering practice approach also requires mediating skills and communication skills.
Requirements
- Identification of project related stakeholders
- Start of ACU requirements development based on product requirement.
- Elicit stakeholder needs expectations and requirementsincl.use case environmental regulations related to material acquisition storage handling recycling elimination or disposal manufacturability legal regulatory and other constraints.
- Formulate and analyze product requirements and close gaps.
- Develop data to define requirements.
- Examine requirements in an initial design study.
- Develop requirements specification.
- Confirm verificationvalidation plan.
- Confirm specified requirements with stakeholders.
- Track requirements
- Identify and manage changes in requirements
- Results review and reporting
Qualifications :
- SW developer experience
- Product owner experience is preferred.
- Good English communication
- Internal BOSCH transfer is preferred.
