Job Description
Is accountable for plan build deploy run and phaseout of the IT Solution orchestrates responsible roles Manages customer requirements including input for IT Products/Services development.
Proactively consults business teams in optimizing the Solution (technical commercial) and in regards to standardization.
Plans activities for IT Solution within planning processes in close alignment with the experts in the Solution Team and Product/Serviceteams (Solution roadmap).
Integrates IT Products/Services into customers environment according to customer specific needs to create required benefit for the customer.
Manages IT Solutions dependencies and integration of involved IT Products/Services in close alignment with relevant Product/Service Owners.
Takes over accountability for interfaces. Analyzes and communicates Quality KPIs (incl. service level targets for Solution and affiliated Products/Services customer satisfaction and bench marking)
Be accountable for all commercial aspects of IT Solution
Ensures achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures
Additional Information
1012 years handson experience in software development
Strong leadership skills ability to lead functionally and motivate Solution team
Experience in Project Management and Agile methodology
Handson experience in software application development
Good understanding of relevant IT products/services as well as customer environments
Ability to combine technical and business view
Deep understanding of how the IT Solution supports customer processes Problemsolving skills (analysis options driving decisions)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with programming languages like .net SQL SAP Oracle C# Core Java Android NodeJS Or Any Server Side
Experience Like J2EE REST.
Familiarity with operating systems like Windows UNIX and databases like MySQL
Qualifications :
Degree In Information TechnologyComputer Science or relevant subjects
