Salesforce Architect - CRMDMS 2024 Pune

Experience:  10 years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience with a strong focus on Consumer Goods industry SFA and Experience Cloud DMS use cases.       Extensive handson experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Experience Cloud and other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Tableau CRM Marketing Cloud Einstein AI) & AppExchange products.       Lead the design and development of scalable highperforming Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud & Experience cloud solutions integrating with various Salesforce products.       Create data models process flows and architectural designs that align with business requirements and best practices.       Ensure solutions are aligned with Consumer Goods Cloud functionality such as retail execution visit planning & execution Salesforce Maps Mobile order capture Order and inventory management.       Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce CG Cloud & Experience cloud to support key business processes such as retail execution trade promotion management DMS system Portals and planogram compliance.       Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems.       Develop and implement data migration and data integration strategies for companies to ensure seamless sharing of data between systems.       Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.       Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into solutions.       Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI Tableau CRM and Marketing Cloud.       Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft or similar tools.       Design implement and optimize Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions creating engaging and userfriendly digital experiences for customers partners and internal users.       Architect solutions that leverage Experience Cloud features such as customer portals partner communities selfservice capabilities and knowledge sharing.       Lead the customization and configuration of Experience Cloud including Lightning web components themes page layouts and community templates.       Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems using Salesforce APIs MuleSoft or other middleware.       Execution of best practice standards: design coding environment data       Documenting any newly developed functionality in solution designs

Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or related technology or technical fields or 10 years equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Deep understanding of SFA & DMS architecture processes and best practices
