Job Description
- Take charge the hardware system design ensure the technical concept and solution can fulfill customer requirement and competitive from cost point of view.
- Take charges the schematic design select the components and calculate the circuit. Debug and improve the PCBA function when the sample is available.
- Perform electrical part FMEAs and reliability and manufacturability analyses.
- Lead technical design reviews for concept solutions and detailed design and evaluation reviews with the global team.
- Testing and verifying hardware to ensure that it meets specifications and requirements including documentation and analysis of results. Optimize EMC characteristics during the test make sure test can be passed according to schedule.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including software engineers product managers and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
- Work closely with own plants or suppliers to ensure smooth transition from prototyping to mass production including design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) considerations.
- Support lifecycle management activities including EOL cost down and field complaint investigations.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in hardware engineering with a focus on audio or video products is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering hardware development projects from concept to mass production.
- Strong technical expertise in digital and analog design and simulation.
- Experience with hardware testing and validation methodologies including reliability testing regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in EMC design and debugging and Experience in thermal management and design for reliability concepts.
- Handson experience with ClassD Audio amplifier design is a plus.
