Job Description
The purpose of this position to develop and release BU products to customer as per set guidelines.
Skills and Competency:
- Advance knowledge about RB product development process and Bosch Engineering System process
- Advance knowledge on standards/norms design material reliability system and vehicle knowledge
- Advance customer & project centric approach negotiation/mentoring skills result orientated
- Basic degree of creativity and analytical skills
Role and Responsibility:
1. Product Development:
Execute product development for customer requirement based on set guidelines resulting into product release and participate in customer discussions during alignment meetings
2. CFT Support:
Provide necessary engineering support during localizationseries topics benchmarking and coordinate within different functions for closure of topics
3. Innovation Management:
Support for implementation of novice topics and filing them as
Invention report
4.Management:
Notify team coach about work load prioritization any design issues/risks/deviations during design process and obtain necessary support to mitigate them
5. Networking :
Participate in discussions with experts/CoCs within and outside Bosch thus enhancing ones competency Competency enhancement Position requirements
Qualifications :
* Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile)
* Masters in engineering (desirable)
2 years of experience in product development process
