Job Description
Is responsible for:
- Analyzing SAP Users in SAP (mainly S/4HANA onpremise) systems / sometimes via SAP4Me
- Categorize them along authorization objects
- Consult Robert Bosch entities and SAP projects along a user access rights
- Consolidate and cluster SAP users across onpremise and Cloud systems
- Documentation and collecting data for Bosch internal charging
- Consult and create directives and regulations related to user management
- Create monthly system measurements for SAP License charging
- Analyzing charged SAP license price and making retro calculation
- Document charged prices/user volumes in a dashboard
Qualifications :
Necessary skills:
- Experience in SAP license management
- Basic knowledge of SAP system
- Very good Excel knowhow
- Technical affinity and understanding
- Interest and motivation to learn new things
- Good English in writing and orally.
