Job Description
- Engineering background (electronics mechatronics production industrial or mechanical engineering) preferably with background in manufacturing and technical areas
- Experience with a variety of testing techniques including environmental testing durability testing and performance testing.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with test automation tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Project management skills and experience leading crossfunctional teams.
- Previous work experience on Simultaneous Engineering teams is an asset > dealing w. multicultural teams & coordinationg activities
- Eager to learn and w. high motivation to search deep technical topics
- Structured systematic way of working and good at collaboration
- Assertiveness and ability to negotiate & convince on working and management level
- Able to solve complex problems w. analytical & systematical approach
- Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish English and German
Qualifications :
- Bosch competence model can be taken as referance (good cooperation & communication)
- Being proactive and actively managing changes with systematic documentation
- Project management knowledge is an asset
- Problem solving skills to be as supplemantary
- Personality (curiosity flexibility convincing) is important since there are many stakeholders from various departments like process development teams product development teams sample shop
