Job Description
You will be responsible as IT Engineer for
- Being part of the global team for end user support of CAD/PLM applications (Teamcenter/NX SolidEdge Inventor)
- Resolve assigned tickets from 1st level support for several knowledge areas (Teamcenter CAD NX SolidEdge Inventor interfaces to SAP workflows)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of end user support of Teamcenter/NX e.g. by identifying and addressing reoccurring issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Teamcenter/NX continuous application development by actively identifying and proposing functional enhancements based on knowledge from 2nd level support.
- Contribute to projects for Teamcenter/NX continuous application development by taking over responsibility for defined project work packages (e.g. application testing)

Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree / or above in Computer Science Engineering or comparable.
- Professional experience (min. 2 years) in end user support or coordination activities for large installations of CAD/PLM in industry/automotive sector
- preferably experience with Teamcenter/CAD
- Basic knowledge of NX SolidEdge and Inventor. Plant Simulation is a plus.
- Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes in Mechanical Engineering IT and enduser requirements.
- Enthusiasm for working in an international agile team with direct engagement with multiple customers.
- Openminded positive and solutionoriented communication towards internal customers and end users
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills for effectively addressing technical challenges.
- Be capable to communicate both in English and Chinese fluently. German will be a plus.
