Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global international team as a Battery Product Specialist at Bosch. If you are ready to take on this challenge and make a meaningful impact we encourage you to apply and become a part of our innovative and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Align product strategy with Headquarters (BU)
- Regional implementation of product strategy and pricing
- Develop and execute regional launch concepts for new products and product programs such as midterm turnover plans and launch activities.
- Represent the Product Segment in the Subregion and continuously monitor and report on competitors activities
- Effective lifecycle management
- Effective collaboration with other departments such as Technical Workshop Sales and other in order to develop business
Qualifications :
- Proven record of successful management of a product portfolio
- Good understanding of Automotive Aftermarket distribution channels and the behavior and priorities of independent workshops
- Strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a matrix organization
- Proficiency in data management and analysis
- Excellent analytical and convincing skills
- Ability to reach objectives through creativity and flexibility
- Team player with openness to mutual knowledge sharing
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills
- Organized pragmatic and adept in project management
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket would be beneficial
- Experience in managing technically complex automotive products is desirable
