Job Description
- You are a full member of our global team within mobility purchasing. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the future of employees alongside experienced and supportive team members.
- You familiarize yourself with the role of an internal consultant by actively contributing in various projects: we focus on topics such as Competence Management Leadership Collaboration Change and Transformation.
- Furthermore you contribute to designing and delivering training programs facilitating communication and collaboration among teams.
- Last but not least you get the chance to put your moderation skills to the test with moderation of internal workshops and sessions with management attendance.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of Economics Business Administration Industrial Engineering Cultural Studies (e.g. Media Science Communication Studies Sociology etc.) or comparable study programs and practical experience
- Experience and Knowledge: experience in project management is an asset
- Personality and Working Practice: creative with strong communication and analytical skills diligent organized with a structural approach a team player
- Work Routine: you will be part of hybrid work conditions i.e. a blend of inoffice work in an international environment and remote work
- Languages: fluent in German and English
Additional Information :
Start: March 2025
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV transcript of records enrollment certificate examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
