• Personality: you are a selfconfident independent and assertive person who likes to communicate with different international audience and you are a very good team player at the same time.
• Working practice: your working style is accurate structured solution oriented and proactive.
• Experience and Knowledge: international experience abroad and basic knowledge within the field of HR is highly appreciated but not a must have.
• Languages: profound written and spoken language skills in Romanian and English language is required.
• Education: you are currently enrolled in your university studies with a focus on human resources management statistics or labor law
