Financial planning and reporting tasks:
- Generation of actual data e.g. Profit and Loss calculation
- Analyze business result of past track and evaluate the ongoing business activities forecast the business result and chance & risk.
- Give the management the business overview and suggestion to management to optimize the cost resources to achieve the business target.
Collection processing and consolidation of data and reports for stakeholders
- Ensure on time delivery and quality of data and reports (Standard RBreporting Organizationalspecific reporting)
- Creation and testing of standard reports and process optimization.
Key user of financial ITsystems e.g. first level support for user requests testing of system (upgrades) recommendation of report structure / data availability
Qualifications :
- Efficiently carries out routine tasks of standard reporting (data collection data validation plausibility check report generation)
- Responsible for standard reporting process (e.g. MBR CF BP)
- Plant KPI dashboards creation and visualize data for further analysis and management review.
- Improves and automates financial processes.
- Information exchange and communicate / discuss with headquarter other GB/plants and internal business partners.
- Conducts ad hoc requirements.
