Job Description
BPS maturity assessment evaluation and coach for BPS essentials
Coaching the BPS plant mission and vision
Supporting the definition and deployment of short to midterm product strategies
Leading fast improvement activities (Speed Week 3 Weeks Training Jishuken) on defined value streams
Toolbox development and promotion for continuous improvement such as KPI tree powershift simulation etc.
BPS related competence development in RBCW including training project coaching good practice sharing
Supporting System CIP projects in direct and indirect areas
PGL workshop moderation
Proficient in using MTM planCTA
Familar with Ergo priciple and can be used for MAE release
Layout plan and optimization
Qualifications :
Graduated engineer in mechanical electrical or industrial engineering
min. 4 years at Bosch production department
Experience with BPS tools
Excellent communication skills
Result oriented team player
Selfmotivation and resilience
