- Perform daytoday Helpdesk responsibilities including responding IT requests Troubleshooting and new joiner OnBoarding
- Manage and maintain all IT Infrastructure such as Hardware Software and Network
- Responsible for new equipment or product of IT system setup and performing preventive maintenance and calibration (including project implementation and coordination)
- Basic network/server setup and troubleshooting
- Support on Installation Maintenance Troubleshoot on Hardware Software Network Server and Printers
- Maintained IT Hardware Software audit and IT Hardware disposal records
- Provide user guidelines to frequently problem occurred.
- May required standby support after office hours during system maintenance.
- Any other hoc task assigned by the Superior / Head of Department
Additional Exposure as added advantage:
- Knowledge of Basic IT Infrastructure (PC/Notebook printers and peripherals).
- Knowledge of the principles of client/server applications
- Knowledge of the Office applications and relevant product components.
- Knowledge of User administration Active Directory and Monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Data Security concepts.
- Customercentric and service mindset.
