Job Description

In the Power Solutions division (PS) we work together to develop solutions that make mobility and society more climatefriendly. We build on our strengths as the worlds number 1 supplier for internalcombustion engines and create new business opportunities with products that reduce the carbon emissions of motor vehicles even further. With powerful thermal management technologies we aim to increase the efficiency and therefore the range of electric vehicles.

Our fuel cell system and our hydrogen engine enable us to create a climateneutral powertrain. We develop a variety of other solutions along the entire hydrogen value chain for example for hydrogen production with an electrolyzer and for decentralized energy supply with a solid oxide fuel cell. Our comprehensive expertise in software controls and services is one of our most important strengths and forms the foundation of our high level of system competence.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Responsible for planning materials production and customers.
  • Define supply stock and packaging strategy.
  • Development of skills for demand planning and inventory management.
  • Responsibility and management of the main KPIs: Logistics cost Inventory sustainability customer ratings.
  •  Responsibility to planners development.
  •  Responsible for the supply chain strategy based on AIP and PS/LO business requirements.
  •  Responsible for leadership governance and performance development of the regional demand planning and inventory management supervisor directly 6 people.
  •  Responsible to conduct continuous AiP value chain analysis and optimization (Sourcing Packing Storing Distributing) for improvement potential identification (in availability inventory and supply chain costs).
  •  Project management and coordination performance review and optimization in the key topics of supply chain network design systems and processes.
  • Involves the related plants purchasing & logistics functions into the value chain strategy and target planning.
  •  Collaborate with related plants (value streams) and to steer the demand & supply planning operations and improvement activities with right prioritization.
  • Enhance the required competence in the AiP supply chain.
  • Ensuring an efficient cooperation within the entire TLP/LOP and TS community.

Qualifications :

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science Business Administration Supply chain Management and Logistics or equivalent.
    35 years of experience in Logistics planning and supply chain management.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Product
