Job Description
Optimization of transport routes. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and finding solutions for their improvement. Daily communication with the LSPs Leadership in critical transport situations.
Organizing of special transport
- Regular checking of traffic routes including the procedure for sending shipments.
- Comparative overview for each transport solution (comparison of different solutions)
- Checking Istar status
Reporting (KPIs)
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Identifying potential improvements and proposing appropriate measures for improvement
- Detecting deviations
Tracking special shipments
- Daily tracking of all special freights
- Sending tracking reports to LOP planners
- Informing LOP in case of delay
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences Faculty of Technical Sciences Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc;
- Advanced Excell skills;
- Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM MM) will be considered an advantage;
- Proactive and structured work;
- Good organizational and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork;
- Fluency in English.
