Job Description
- Supplier manager for RBHP rubber parts plastic parts Wire Harness
- Implement category and supplier strategy globally within responsible category
Drive 2nd source introduction and new supplier development via deep cooperation with multiple business divisions - Lead yearly price negotiation as well as frame contract negotiation
- Support Bosch worldwide plants for supplier quality cost claim logistic escalation
- Corporate with Bosch engineering quality and project purchasing for new project sourcing decision
- Market scouting new supplier development and enabling
- Other tasks given by manager
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor or above in mechanics or electronics or economics Structured working style process oriented self organization Language: English (German or Japanese language skill as plus)
Strong communication skills good at crossfunctional collaboration;
Strong analytical skill presentation skill and influencing skill
Independent thinking ability
Proactive problem solving ability.
