Job Description

Join us for your placement year in summer 2025! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what its like to work for a worldrenowned brand with a culture of support and community.

Join our Global HR Service Team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality correspondence and providing an excellent level of customer service to our employees. Working alongside HR Business Partners and Advisors this is a fantastic opportunity to gain a real insight into the daytoday workings of HR in a large organisation.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer queries within 24 hours. Coordinating the local UK team activities via the HR Service ticketing system ensuring respective local teams are aware of daily activities.
  • Supporting blue collar workers with the raising and management of HR Service requests.
  • Writing and sending accurate correspondence including; Occupational Health Appointment Invites Case Management invitations and outcome letters Flexible Working and anything else reasonably required.
  • Developing and maintaining the HR Intranet including Employee Benefits and HR communications & promotion.
  • Local workshop training and events support including: company induction Long Service Awards and crossfunctional working groups.

Qualifications :

Please note that to be eligible for this role you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • Have a high attention to detail.
  • Be able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.

Contract Duration: 1 year

Working Hours: 39 hours per week standard working pattern of 08:00 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 16:00 Friday with a 1hour lunch break
