This department operates in a dynamic environment providing support to customers and engineers while utilizing various tools to manage over 200000 service and maintenance appointments annually. We foster a culture of innovation and collaboration offering numerous opportunities to engage with other departments within Worcester.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Key contact for 3035 Bosch engineers (inbound & outbound calls)
- Exception management of jobs booking outside of the day capacity
- Responding to daily unplanned activities (engineer sickness van issues customer cancellations)
- Complaint handling of customer issues
- Ordering of spare parts within the agreed time

Qualifications :
Please note that to be eligible for this role you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Effective communicator engineers customers internal stakeholders
- Creative problem solver
- Relationship builder
- Calm under pressure
- Personality who can hold their own in challenges conditions
- IT literate with experience using Excel Power Point and Word

Contract Duration: 1 year
Working Hours: 39 hours per week standard working pattern of 08:00 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 16:00 Friday with a 1hour lunch break
