Job Description
Safety task
Identify the hazards evaluate the risks and derive the control measures of high risks.
Responsible for MAE project process HSE release.
Manage the special equipments registration and annual inspection.
Manage the training for special operation personnel.
Collect evaluate and distribute safety management related laws and regulations and Bosch standards.
Investigate work related incident in a systematic LL method and work injury declaration.
Support safety related trainings.
Fire fighting and emergency control task
Support fire drill annually.
Investigate fire accident in a systematic LL method.
Contractor management task
Maintain contractor EHS agreement and training.
Response for construction permit and monitoring.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above with EHS related major
- Min. 3 years EHS experience in a manufacturing plant with > 500 associates
- Auditor with certification for ISO14001 & ISO45001
- Systematic pragmatic reliable
- Proactive team player
- Fluent English
