Job Description

Responsible for directly assisting QueP/PM in administrative tasks. Partially providing support to top management same as actively lead specific plant relevant activities.


Qualifications :

  • Administrate organize and cleanup PM (Plant Manager) agenda
  • Prepare and schedule PM compliance dialogues
  • Track costs in PM Cost Center to achieve expense target and participate in PM cost center management review
  • Prepare executive presentations (internal external)
  • Lead Weekly Leadership Meeting:  Prepare agenda moderate and follow OPL
  • Act as concierge for first hand topics
  • Administrate car fleet
  • Execute 6ss in indirect areas
  • Handle plant meeting rooms resources. In case of user trouble eRoom master of role
  • Review and update Plant calendar (on demand)
  • Ensure updated invitations participants and QueP LT (Leadership team) and XLT (Extended leadership team) members distribution lists
  • Ensure monthly update of plant outlook groups
  • Organize catering services for plant management events
  • Create POs for plant services (e.g. printers mobiles internet)
  • Organize plant visits (executive management top management customer)
  • Prepare (collect information) for regional meetings
  • Host visits (prio and during stay in the plant)
  • Execution of all costs reimbursements End to End for plant management (including Business trip planning)
  • Administration of business equipment (e.g. office supplies)
  • Check and update File shared services in server
  • Lead special projects


Additional Information :

Languages:

  • English Advanced level (spoken and written)
  • German Desired

Experience in a similar role >3 years

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Power Point Word Visio Power BIProject) Advanced
  • SAP Intermediate
