Join us for your placement year in summer 2025! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what its like to work for a worldrenowned brand with a culture of support and community.
Based in Worcester you will have the chance to work for a market leading company enriching your engineering knowledge and experience.
During your 12 month Internship you will be working on a range of Quality Data driven topics to support the business in achieving and reporting on the departmental KPIs.
To commence the role you will have an initial handover period or introduction phase with the departing intern / department engineers to become familiar with the current project and operational status.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Field Data handling; (Maintaining a SQL database and existing processes developing workflows to automate business processes)
- Data visualization: Using tools like Power BI to create and further develop dashboards
- Supporting different parts of the business with data analyses requests
- Documentation of workflows and how they operate

Qualifications :
Please note that to be eligible for this role you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Be an undergraduate student (studying Information Technology combined Business Studies degree or Engineering) with a desire to complete a 12month work placement as part of degree studies.
- Good time management organizational and planning skills with the ability to priorities workload.
- Has the ability to adapt quickly to changing working environments and is ready to embrace new ways of working through digitalisation.
- Has the capability to work well in a team as well as independently using own initiative.
- Can communicate confidently with people at all levels both written and verbal (including on the telephone) and with associates at international locations.
- IT literate and confident in using MS Office packages as well as learning Company systems and programming languages
Our ideal candidate should have:
Desirable;
- Knowledge of data gathering and analysis techniques.
- Excel experience and firsthand experience with workflow tools (e.g. KNIME).
- Experience with Power Bi and SQL language.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week standard working pattern of 08:00 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 16:00 Friday with a 1hour lunch break
