Advise and guide IT users in the use of IT products (hardware and software) according to the agreed service processes
Support users in the selection/procurement of end devices and software. In doing so you keep technical and commercial criteria in mind for decisionmaking
You analyze and describe problems and requirements together with the customer select the appropriate solution based on the urgency scope importance and position of the customer and can justify this convincingly
Take over the installation and configuration of IT products and resolve problems with hardware and software. In case of complex problems you independently contact the next support level and involve further experts
Working in rollout projects (hardware and software) together with your team
Prepare reports of IT products and services procedures and manuals as required
Qualifications :
Successful completion of an apprenticeship as IT specialist information technician or comparable qualification. MCSE CCNA ITIL would be an advantage
Very good knowledge in IT and PC (hardware and software)
Very high customer/service orientation and the ability to work in a team incl. good communication skills
Resilient and calm in disruptive situations
Good knowledge of enterprise Ethernet VLANs QOS routing switching and IP addressing
Well organized and able to work independentlyunder pressure and tight deadlines
Good in spoken and written English
