1. Technical consultant for RB regional BUs which base on product requirements (incl. new product development in SE work or new material nomination initiate material localization and RPP projects)
2. Support raw material release and define material specification and create RB Norm
3. Support raw material supplier / process evaluation enabling and release for BBM base on VDA6.3 standard.
4. Handle localization projects define material release plan and tests with internal lab.
5. Collaborate with internal BUs different functional department in AP and partially in EUAM and external suppliers.
6. Technical task force (incl. evaluation of failure analysis results define countermeasure and implementation)
7. Cooperation with MTSAM EU and MAC team.
8. Routine TS16949 quality management of technical tasks including internal and external audit
9. Participant in team improvement activities (technical research digitalization ...etc)

Qualifications :

1. PhD degree (Materials Science and material Engineering background is required) Aluminum alloy research background or 35year related working experiences will be preferred.
2. good knowledge of material metallographic examination and analysis
3. experienced in or familiar with metal material making / production process
4. knowledge of heat treatment process will be preferred
5. good knowledge of material failure analysis
6. aware of NDT (raw material nondestructive test)
7. experienced in material supplier management
8. High entrepreneurial mindset results and future orientation
9. good team work sprit and cooperation
10. good communication skill fluent English speaking and writing is required German is appreciated.
