Lead a production team with ca. 260 employees to ensure SQCD targets and contribute to business success. Environment protection Healthy working conditions and Safe working places
Conduct business planning (BP CF etc.) workforce planning investment and cost planning and achieve business targets
Apply BPS principles and methodologies to continuously enhance lean production in a high 5S standard shopfloor
Strong customercentric mindset focus on quality KPIs like complains IDC etc. ensure working according to standards
Strong cost mindset focus on cost KPIs like productivity consumables etc. ensure competitive product production cost
On time delivery close collaboration with logistics engineering purchasing etc. to ensure robust delivery performance
Coach and develop the whole production team to continuously enhance technical competences and team collaboration
Lead plant strategic projects be role model and work with the whole plant leadership team to reach new success milestones

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree or above.
More than 10 years working experience
Good teamwork spirit and leadership skills
Good problem solving skills
Familiar with lean production and quality in IATF16949 etc.
Good communication skills
Fluent English
