As Controlling Business Partner you are responsible for planning & analyzing Selling Administration (SG&A) expenses for the headquarter (Abstatt and Schwbisch Gmnd) of the Bosch division Vehicle Motion (VM)
You are responsible for an independent execution of tasks in your area of responsibility in our reoccurring controlling processes (MBR (Monthly Business Report) CF (Current Forecast) and BP (Business Planning))
You will support the rollout of SAP S/4 Hana in VM units with focus on controlling
You cooperate directly with stakeholders to create transparency through competent and proactive analysis
You identify and drive process improvement potentials to increase efficiency forecast quality and stakeholder satisfaction
You have a keen interest in digitalization and automation and use appropriate tools in your daily work.
Qualifications :
Education: completed Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration Business Informatics or similar studies specialization in Controlling preferred
Experience and Knowledge: several years of controlling experience in the business unit and plant as well as experience with the SAP CO module
IT:
Excel PowerPoint IBM Planning Analytics SAP CO module (S4Hana is an advantage) etc.
High interest in digitalization and knowledge of respective tools e.g. PowerBI Power Automate Automation everywhere
Fluent in English German is an advantage
Comfortable in CrossCultural Environment and working in international team in matrix organization
