Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
As a Test Manager within Bosch Home Comfort you will coordinate the various activities related with tests in our central IT projects namely:
- Participate in the initial phase of projects and other IT activities and all other relevant project milestones to initiate the procedure for that project/activity for test related actions;
- Creates all the necessary structures in SolMan (or other relevant test management tools) and uploads test cases into this tool to enable test report and tracking for that project or activity.
- Coach and coordinate other Bosch colleagues in the definition of test plans to ensure that the tests to be performed will cover all business requirements and use cases;
- Train coach and coordinate other Bosch colleagues in test documentation in general;
- Create all the necessary structures in test control tools and upload test cases into these tools to enable test report and tracking for that activity;
- Participate in project meetings to followup and report test status and support in the definition of priorities and test execution;
- Track correction of defects to ensure these are resolved in time and quality;
- Train testers or test coordinators and act as consultant for all topics related with test activities to ensure a good test execution.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Educational background: degree in software engineering or software test related area;
- Experience: previous experience in software test and software test tool Solution Manager;
- KnowHow: good knowledge in test governance tools such as MFALM or Xray;
- Work style: organized and analytical work style with a problem solving mindset. Ability to adapt and communicate with different stakeholders;
- Personality: communicative proactive and interest in continuous development and learning ability to work in a team environment;
- Languages: very good knowledge of English.
