- Lead and implement the HR policies procedures and align HR activities at the designated business unit.
- Monitor HR Analytics to enhance employee productivity.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify critical roles through a robust succession planning process.
- Build organizational capability aligned with business strategy.
- Support the operations and sales team in identifying and developing highpotential talent.
- Ensure structured and transparent implementation of the performance management process and to provide the necessary facilitation and support to employees and stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage payroll monthly while ensuring timely closure of all payrollrelated processes such as attendance leaves provident fund promotions transfers grievances employees records etc.
- Lead employee relations for the store and to ensure compliance with all labor law and legal requirements.
Qualifications :
University degree (Bachelors or Masters) preferably Business Management with a specialisation in HR.
