- Lead Daily Department Round assigned tasks to Store Staff.
- Ordering with Supplier and Buyer in coordination with Floor Manager.
- To ensure the required quality and temperature maintained in the department.
- Receive and Quality Assurance check of carcass.
- Signages and FIFO check in department.
- Coordinate with ALC/EDP in printing and generation of new barcodes.
- Working on Daily QA reports.
- Address customer complaints to understand customers needs and expectations and propose solutions.
- Perform competitors promotions check to give ongoing feedback on main competitors (retailers wholesalers etc.) per customer segment (HoReCa Trader Services Companies & Offices) to Buying Department.
- Keep strong control over daily stock maintenance by continuous monitoring of inventory shrinkage stock availability to guarantee and create the optimum stock performance in quality quantity and safety targeting customer segments and following the company strategy and to create the right base for reordering.
- Communication with Buyers and Logistics to provide buyers with information on customers competitors suppliers and to solve specific issues and to provide Logistics with feedback about delivery quality etc.
- Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team thus playing a role in the enhancement of the technical skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude.
Qualifications :
Intermediate (with 8 years work experience) or Graduation (with less than 8 years work experience).
