Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Product Designer to join the Kitchens Product team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Join us in scaling one of the largest cloud kitchen networks in the food delivery industry.
As a Product Designer your work will directly shape how we acquire and grow food brands across kitchens. Youll contribute to building a datadriven machine learningpowered CRM product that redefines how cloud kitchens operate. Together with the founding designer you will lead initiatives that delight users such as kitchen managers and business developers in both established and new countries enhance food partners lifetime value and strengthen Delivery Heros leadership in key markets.
From user research and ideation to delivery and iteration youll play a key role in the full product development lifecycle.
Qualifications :
23 years of experience in product design
Handson experience in conducting user research
Strong problemsolving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and a structured thoughtful approach
Proven ability to advocate user needs owning usercentric design choices and empowering crossfunctional teams toward shared goals
Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
Experience with crossfunctional collaboration including earlystage cocreation with product managers seamless handoffs and encouraging ideation with engineers collaborating with data specialists to inform choices
Nice to have:
Experience with multiplayer products (Gaming CRM multiuser environments..)
