Job Description
Job Title: RN Ambulatory Care
Location: Shiprock NM 87420
Duration: 6 to 12 Months
Start Date: April 2025
Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday Friday)
Qualification:
Education: ASN / BSN
License: Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Shall have minimum of 2 years experience in clinic / ambulatory setting
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting initial patient assessments including vital signs and medical history to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Administering medications assisting minor procedures and providing education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatments.
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.
- Play a key role in maintaining patient records and coordinating followup care ensuring a seamless patient experience in the clinic setting.
