Active participation in SFMC
Failure data analysis
EWAK Sample inspection
HSE coordination
LPC Planning
Conduct process confirmation across the plant
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Product and process knowledge of ECU/BCM/ABS
Knowledge on IPC 610 standard
Awareness of ISO 9001 and IATF/16949 QMS standards
Measurement process instruments and equipment knowledge
Conducting LPC audits and reporting
Good Communication skills
Good listener Quick learner and good team player
Time management skills and excellent analytical skills
Data analysis knowledge to lead Digitalization team
SAP and POE expertise
Qualifications :
Diploma / Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in the same industry of which 2 years in quality management
Additional Information :
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge on quality planning defect analysis & Electronic components
Manpower Planning monitoring reviewing timelines follow up process and escalation internally.
Process knowledge on Surface mount technology and final assembly
Drawings/Norms/Standards
Soft Skills:
Keen in working with cross functional teams
Able to communicate effectively in Review meetings
Good team player
Ability to Coordinate with different functions follow up and get work done
Willing to learn ability in deploying new initiatives
