Qualifications :

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar area hydraulic background as a plus
 

2. Deep knowhow of price and cost structure of hydraulic components with different material and manufacuring process professional in cost control
 

3. Excellent communication skills good at cooperation good team sprit

4. Ability to influence within a complex organization high frustration tolerance

5. Strategic and structural thinking excellent project management ability

6. leadership skills with systematic management method

7. Entrepreneurship integrity result oriented and strong willingness to take responsibility
