Job Description
Communication with endcustomer and / or internal customers related with plan to plant deliveries in case of any
claim or quality notification
Coordination and handling of internal and external customer claims within Rexroth Bursa Plant
Supporting manufacturing section in handling of internal technical failures
Taking role in problem solving team and/or leading problem solving team in case of any customer complaint and/or internal quality problem
Ensuring serial production quality assurance activities such as internal process release part and process approval procedure engineering changes concession product audit and lessons learned activities
Supporting manufacturing section for any quality related topics by participating daily Point CIP and QTable meeting and performing Qoriented process confirmation
Taking role as representative of product quality section in project team of any project such as insourcing
outsourcing transfer and new product projects
Performing process audits and following up implementation status of the actions defined in the audited section (as
lead/coprocess auditor)
Qualifications :
BSc/Ms.Degree in Engineering BSc or MSc Degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering Metallurgical & Materials Engineering or relevant engineering faculties
Having experience in engineering production and quality assurance processes
Having knowledge and experience of Quality Management System Quality Assurance tools and methods such as measurement techniques capability analysis of measurement systems machine and process
Having a solid basis of technical knowledge in production and/or engineering
Having knowledge and experience about problem solving techniques such as Kepner Tregoe 5Why Fishbone 8D and so on
Having enthusiasm in understanding of technical contents
Ability to work independently and as part of an international team assertiveness ability to negotiate convince on
management level
Structured systematic way of working and good at collaboration good communication skills both in internal and
external business environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish (German is an asset)
