Job Description
As an Architect I you will apply advanced design concepts across various market sectors supporting CPLs architectural teams to ensure project success and team wellbeing. You will play a pivotal role in investigating evaluating and proposing technical design solutions that exceed client expectations. Reporting to a Project Manager or Principal you will provide consultation throughout the planning design and coordination phases of complex projects developing innovative techniques and procedures as needed. This role offers moderate independence and involves working on complex small to mediumsized projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in Architecture or equivalent education and experience
- At least four (4) years of relevant work experience
- Professional architectural licensure required
- Experience in the Higher Education market is preferred
- LEED and WELL accreditations are a plus
- Proficient in Revit Microsoft Office Suite InDesign Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp and other 3D visualization tools
- Strong understanding of governing codes standards and project planning processes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills able to engage effectively with clients consultants and team members in various settings
- Foundational knowledge of construction methods materials and sustainable design strategies
