Job Description
A CNC Operator plays a critical role in manufacturing where they are responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a mix of technical skills and attention to detail as they interpret technical drawings program machines and perform quality checks on finished products.
Job PurposeThe primary task of a CNC Operator is to ensure the accurate manufacture of parts and components according to specific technical specifications. This involves interpreting technical drawings programming CNC machines and conducting meticulous quality assessments. Additionally a CNC Operator should have a robust understanding of machining processes and be capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues during production.
