Job Description
Nucleus Ventures is seeking a dynamic experienced and Independent (nonemployed) Project Management Consultant to join our team on project basis. In this hybrid role you will work closely with clients and the operational advisors team to manage projects frameworks provide operational optimization advisory and propose innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: understanding and managing clients challenges.
Project Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.
- Operational Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on operational efficiency process improvement and organizational change management from the project management perspective.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Program Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects and programs. Experience in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Experience in project management softares(clickup Jira)
Consulting Skills: Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Operational Advisory: Knowledge of operational best practices and process improvement techniques.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural teams.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
Fluency in English
Fluency in French is a big plus
Experience with task management tools
